Descripción
APLICACIÓN:
El acero reforzado con conductor de aleación de aluminio se usa ampliamente en líneas de transmisión de energía con varios niveles de voltaje.
Se puede utilizar como conductor de gran envergadura, cable de hielo pesado o cable de comunicaciones, cable de tierra.
La temperatura para uso continuo puede ser de hasta 90 ° C, la resistencia al calor AACSR puede ser de hasta 150 ° C y más.
Tiene una alta capacidad de carga de corriente, el trenzado de núcleo de acero variable permite alcanzar la resistencia diseñada sin sacrificar la ampacidad.
CONSTRUCCIÓN:
(1) AACSR es un conductor trenzado concéntricamente compuesto por una o más capas de alambre de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81 trenzado con un núcleo de acero revestido de alta resistencia. El núcleo puede ser de un solo cable o trenzado dependiendo del tamaño.
(2) Las proporciones de aleación de aluminio y acero se pueden variar para obtener la relación entre la capacidad de carga actual y la resistencia mecánica más adecuada para cada aplicación.
(3) El cable del núcleo para AACSR está disponible con clase A, B o C-galvanizado; «aluminizado» (AZ): o revestimiento de aluminio (AW).
(4) Se dispone de protección adicional contra la corrosión mediante la aplicación de grasa al núcleo o la infusión del cable completo con grasa.
